Eric is a seasoned partner with over 20 years of experience in collaborating with executives to address their business challenges, maximize results, and help them to build assets.

He has led programs and projects for large-scale and medium size clients supporting organic and non-organic growth in Europe, USA and Asia. He works for major firms in the sectors of B2B and B2C Services, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel & Tourism, and Private equity.

Eric’s recent engagements include:

  • Post-merger integration for a global FMCG company
  • Go-to-market strategy, organisation, and implementation roadmap for a global FMCG company
  • Turnaround and strategic plan for a B2C service company
  • Digital Transformation for a leading Insurance Company
  • Due diligence (buy side) of a B2C service company for a Private Equity company

He has also co-founded an Executive Search company with a functional focus on Executive positions and an AI startup.

Eric holds a Master’s in Engineering, Biomedical Instrumentation and Business Administration. He has been a speaker on Strategy and on Transformation at Edhec Business School and a Mathematics teacher at the Conservatoire National d’Arts et Metiers (CNAM).
